Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping rates Standard shipping is $5.99. Free shipping on all orders over $60.

Delivery time Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. military bases.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at rovaha.com/apps/aftership.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us at support@rovaha.com and we'll investigate immediately.
