We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied after consistent use, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no return required.
How to request a refund Contact us at support@rovaha.com with your order number and reason for your request. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@rovaha.com and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items Due to the nature of supplement products, we do not accept returns of opened items. However, if you are not satisfied after 30 days of consistent use, contact us at support@rovaha.com and we will issue a full refund — no return required. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Refunds Once your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@rovaha.com.
